Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, you can contact us at abby@theflowermills.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the case of damaged or defective tubers, please notify us within 14 days for a full refund or replacement.
Tubers Without Eyes
If you receive a tuber with no eye, we may ask you to return the tuber or keep the tuber in a warm location for 7-10 days to verify that no eye appears. After storage, some eyes may be hard to see before they begin to sprout. If no eye appears a refund or replacement will be issued.
Incorrect Varieties
While we have a rigorous labeling process to minimize poor labeling, there are always a few tuber mix-ups. If you find in the summer that you have received the wrong variety, please contact us for a refund, or replacement.
Refunds
Refunds will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
